Igloo Details:
Our igloos are 3.6m x 3.6m in Length/Width and 2.20m in height. To complete the setup, we need a flat even surface and an area that is 4m x 4m x 2.5m. To avoid potential cancellation fees, these requirements need to be met on the set up day.
Bond: When you add this product to your cart, the $100 refundable bond will be added automatically. Once we receive the items back in their original condition, the security bond will be refunded via the original payment method within 2 business days. If your location applies for a delivery fee it would be deducted from your refundable bond. The igloo is hired for a 24 hour period, any time past the 24 hour period, additional charges will apply.
Delivery conditions: Delivery times will be organised upon booking. Please allow up to 1 hour and 30 minutes to set up and pack down. A travel fee will only apply if location is outside of Melbourne CBD by more than 20km; this will be deducted from your refundable bond accordingly.
